just dont fancy a traditional christmas roast this year, i find turkey bland and it not much different to a sunday dinner only piled higher!
Soo any alternatives to the english tradition of turkey, roast veg, potatoes, stuffing white sauce,and a few greens?

My mom has asked me what she could make for christmas dinner meat wise that is low in fat/ healthy. She suggested honey baked ham or game hen. We don’t want turkey b/c we just had it for thanksgiving. Any healthy christmas dinner ideas? Thanks everyone!
