Christmas Salmon Steaks with a parmesan crust
Serves 6
– Ingredients –
6x 150g salmon steaks (skinless)
Olive oil to brush over both sides of the fish
Topping ingredients:
100g grated parmesan
100g fresh breadcrumbs
1 1/2 lemons zest and juice of
1 small bunch of parsley
2 tablespoons of mustard
Salt and pepper
