Jan 3rd, 2010 by admin
My mom has asked me what she could make for christmas dinner meat wise that is low in fat/ healthy. She suggested honey baked ham or game hen. We don’t want turkey b/c we just had it for thanksgiving. Any healthy Christmas dinner ideas? Thanks everyone!

Thanksgiving was a month ago. So, why can’t you have turkey again?…. Maybe I’m feeling a bit touchy. In our house, it is tradition to serve exactly the same food for Christmas as we did at Thanksgiving. Twice a year. For these two holidays. It has been that way for me, for as long as I can remember.
Tradition means a lot to my family.
